More and more often these days I get summoned to the kitchen to help cook dinner, or I end up cooking dinner all by myself. Either way I think for whatever reason the food taste better when I cook it. Sometimes cooking is a pain for me, but other times, especially when I really enjoy eating the final product of what I am cooking, I enjoy it. I use my Dad’s secret recipe, which in reality is someone else’s recipe which he changed quite a bit.
The first step in making these special burgers is making the slurry of ingredients that is added to the beef.
After the slurry is all mixed up, I add the beef to the mixture.
Then I press out the patties.
Next it’s out to the Blackstone to get cookin’!
After the patties are cooked I take them inside and get out all the fixins!
Once everything is out and it’s time to get your grub on, all you can do is smile and dig in. Eating the burger is the second best part!
